Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants, in partnership with the General Manager, to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest engagement.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, staff development, training, and operational excellence, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and labor compliance. This is a growth-focused leadership role.

Qualifications

• Three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to train and develop team and direct others.
