Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team and drive guest engagement at our Royal Pines, NC location. You will oversee Shift Managers and front- and back-of-house staff, partnering with the General Manager to keep operations at peak performance and guest satisfaction high.

You will focus on people development, labor compliance, and process optimization while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
