Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Mooresville, NC to oversee Shift Managers and front- and back-of-house staff, in partnership with the General Manager. The role focuses on guest engagement, operational excellence, and training the team to deliver legendary experiences.

You will lead a team, implement standards, and drive guest-related metrics while ensuring safety, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at a top level.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
• Provide training and leadership to the team to deliver consistent experiences.
