Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Quincy, IL is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and oversee daily operations from front of house to kitchen and bar. You’ll lead a team, ensure top service, and help drive energy and consistency across every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with a full bar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team—helping build an all-star lineup
• Help execute daily operations, ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas
• Step in where needed—front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout—to keep things running strong
