Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager in Galesburg, IL to join our leadership team. You will support the General Manager and help run every shift from floor to kitchen to bar, ensuring smooth operations, great food, and outstanding guest service.

You will coach and develop team members, manage daily operations, and contribute to promotions and in-store fan engagement while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license to travel between units.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable guest experiences.
• Assist in coaching, training, and developing the team to build an all-star lineup.
• Help execute daily operations ensuring quality, speed, and accuracy across all areas.
• Step in where needed across front of house, back of house, bar, or takeout.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment.
• Support promotions, local marketing efforts, and in-store fan engagement.
