Job summary

Qualifications

• Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program is required or desired.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between units.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and execute the overall staff plan to build sales.
• Prepare manager schedules to ensure proper business coverage.
• Train and develop Department Managers and hourly team members.
• Reconcile P&L and meet profit goals; manage cost controls and metrics.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and maintain high guest service standards.
• Maintain staffing levels and provide a positive, fun work environment.
