Taziki's Café - Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead daily operations on-site. You will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive cost control.

Responsibilities include overseeing P&L, menu knowledge, and coaching staff, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol policies. This role emphasizes leadership and team development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• 1–3 years management experience required.
• Food service operation knowledge and P&L familiarity preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite and computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to lead a team and set goals.
• Leadership and communication skills, team motivation.

Responsabilités

• Review store’s P&L and assist scheduling to meet cost goals.
• Master menu knowledge and supervise guest service.
• Lead and mentor staff, coach performance, and develop crew.
• Set shift tone and give clear directions to the team.
• Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires.
• Ensure cash handling and payment procedures are followed.
• Maintain Health Department standards during shifts.
• Uphold alcohol handling policies and food safety storage.
• Maintain hygiene, uniform, and appearance standards.
