Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New Jersey to help the General Manager run daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. This role offers growth through hands-on management experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise staff, deliver feedback, coach shift leads, and help drive sales while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in quick service or similar environments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• 2+ years in quick service restaurant management.
• Flexible schedule and ability to lift over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and assign work.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Coach and develop shift supervisors.
• Be ready to perform GM duties in the GM's absence.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during busy or slow periods.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure procedures are followed.
