The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on supervision of store teams, with a focus on customer service, policy adherence, and cash management while driving brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives clearly.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of non-management staff and coach shifts supervisors.
• Perform duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging periods.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maximize brand standards.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and daily reporting as directed.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to foster long-term relationships.
