Qualifications

• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.

• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures; participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
