Job summary

Bojangles' in Lincolnton, NC is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop a high-performing team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include leading, coaching, scheduling, inventory, and ensuring adherence to BoFood/BoLabor standards to provide WOW guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 50-hour work week.
• Supervisory experience with coaching mindset.
• Onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must lift 25+ lbs.
• Microsoft Office experience.
