Centro Restaurant Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assistant General Manager/Support to lead and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You will collaborate with the General Manager to manage costs, uphold standards, and deliver a welcoming guest experience.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year plus benefits including health plans, a 3% retirement match, paid time off, free meals, and staff celebrations.

Mansioni

• Provide operational leadership and management coverage across assigned CRG locations.
• Collaborate with General Manager to manage costs, uphold policies, and supervise FOH and BOH staff.
• Support execution of company procedures and shift processes.
• Monitor service flow, staffing, and operational needs during shifts.
• Coach, mentor and provide feedback to team members to foster a positive environment.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and performance management.
