You will coach technicians and CSAs, manage inventory and workflow, uphold safety and quality standards, and ensure smooth opening and closing operations.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.
• Able to read and interpret safety and operation procedures.
