Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a coordinated professional to oversee all property activities with emphasis on Accounting and Front Office Management. You will direct the Front Office Manager, ensure top guest service, and interface with the General Manager to maintain policy adherence.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Corporate Accounting and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This in-office role requires strong leadership and communication skills across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all property activities including Front Office and Accounting.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure guest service standards.
• Interface with General Manager and Corporate Accounting to ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and procedures.
