Job summary

Remington Hotels Careers is seeking a qualified leader to coordinate, administer, and manage all property activities with focus on Accounting and Front Office Management in Waxahachie, TX.

You will interface with the General Manager to ensure adherence to policies, direct Front Office operations, and guide staff while maintaining high guest service standards. Experience in F/O and accounting management is required.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates.
• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Possess good communication and organizational skills.
• Portray effective leadership and provide guidance to the Front Office staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
• Interface with General Manager regarding property activities to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies and procedures.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to ensure high standards of guest service and accuracy in front office operations.
