Crunch Fitness in Arlington is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving club performance, sales, member experience, and team development.

You will lead daily sales goals, coach front desk and sales teams, ensure cleanliness and equipment upkeep, and handle member inquiries with urgency, while preparing for a future General Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership: Drive membership and PT sales through daily goals, lead management, and closing techniques.
• Team Coaching & Accountability: Train, motivate, and manage front desk and sales teams to high performance.
• Operations Support: Ensure smooth day-to-day club operations including cleanliness and staff coverage.
• Member Experience: Deliver exceptional service and handle member inquiries with urgency.
• KPI Tracking & Action: Monitor performance metrics and contribute to improvement strategies.
