Phoenix Partners is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Boathouse Bar & Kitchen and Sojourners at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You will lead daily operations, inspire a diverse team, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability in a high-volume environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to deliver exceptional service, coach staff, and manage financial performance while upholding health and safety standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams with empathy and authority.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• A passion for hospitality and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Exhibits a hands-on leadership style, actively collaborating with the CEO, general manager, and the broader management team.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee all front and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, coach, and develop team members—fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement
• Delegate tasks effectively across all team members, ensuring clear direction in high-pressure kitchen environments
• Identify and resolve issues swiftly, applying sound judgment to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations and a top-tier customer experience
• Monitor and manage team performance by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and implementing development plans to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and operational budgets to meet financial goals
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty
• Assist in creating and executing promotional events and seasonal menus
• Step in as acting GM when needed, making confident, informed decisions
