Boathouse Bar & Grill and Sojourners at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport are seeking a morning shift cook to join a fast-paced kitchen. You will cook and plate items, manage multiple stations, and keep tickets moving during busy periods.

You'll follow recipes, maintain quality, and adhere to safety standards, with opportunities to learn different stations and grow with the team in a professional, airport environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume setting (airport/hotel a plus).
• Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques across grill, sauté, fry, broil, reheating.
• Ability to read tickets and follow recipes and prep lists with minimal supervision.
• Sense of urgency with a calm, professional attitude.
• Team player who accepts feedback and strives to improve.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and ticket times.
• Work on one or more stations (grill, sauté, fry, pantry) during busy rushes.
• Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized throughout service.
• Label, date, and store food correctly; practice FIFO and proper cooling/reheating.
• Assist with prep and support other stations to keep tickets moving.
