The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in planning weddings and large social events, coordinates banquet with culinary, catering, and vendors, and ensures seamless event execution while aligning with safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Marriott hotel experience.
• Hands-on wedding and marriage event management experience.
• Experience in hotel operations, banquet management and large-scale events.
• Leadership role in Assistant General Manager or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure coordination across departments.
• Supervise department heads and staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, SOPs, safety and policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and revenue management to improve performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee weddings and social events hosted at the hotel.
• Manage event budgets, vendor coordination, and client relations.
