Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior management experience in upscale dining.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Assist the General Manager with invoices, reporting and payroll-related duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service and resolve complaints to encourage return visits.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily planning while maintaining service quality.
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees, conduct performance reviews.
