Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of senior level management experience in an upscale / fine dining establishment.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs (food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor).
• Assist the General Manager with financial (invoices, reporting) and personnel/payroll administrative duties.
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and appearance standards.
• Ensure positive guest service; investigate and respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Manage shifts: daily decisions, scheduling, planning, and high-quality food/service.
• Provide direction to employees and conduct performance reviews.
