Chart House Savannah is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team at a premier waterfront restaurant in Downtown Savannah. This role offers growth within an iconic brand and a chance to lead a talented kitchen team along the Savannah River.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in culinary management in upscale/fine dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff supervision.
• Stable work history with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Assist Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff, training, and follow-up.
• Help achieve budgeted labor and other cost centers through planning and execution.
• Oversee weekly/monthly inventories and ordering of food and supplies.
• Maintain sanitation and organization following OSHA regulations.
