COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a chef-driven full-service restaurant opening in San Francisco. The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience and a proven ability to lead teams and uphold high service standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will help open operations, train and develop front-of-house staff, and drive guest experiences while managing scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.

We’re partnered with an exciting chef-driven full-service restaurant concept opening in San Francisco and are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the opening team.

This is not an entry-level management role - we’re looking for someone with 2+ years of restaurant management experience who is confident leading a team, driving service standards, and helping build a strong operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the General Manager in leading day-to-day restaurant operations
• Help lead and develop a strong front-of-house team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience is required, ideally from chef-driven concepts
• Comfortable working in a high-energy and quality first environments
• Proven ability to maintain high service and operational standards
• Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and leading by example
• Previous opening experience is a plus, but not required
