Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our restaurant group. If you have upscale restaurant management experience and are ready for the next step, we would love to speak with you.

In this role you will uphold service standards with a focus on systems management, assist the GM with financial responsibilities, lead the dining room team, and engage guests with your leadership and wine/beverage knowledge. Competitive salary plus bonuses.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• At least 2 years of high-volume upscale experience
• Passion for leading a team and serving our guests
