This position requires 3+ years in AGM/Restaurant Manager roles at upscale venues, solid P&L understanding, and the ability to drive performance. Competitive salary at $80,000-$85,000 plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an AGM or Restaurant Manager at $5M+ upscale or fine dining
• Must understand the P&L and how to affect controllable expenses
• Must be an independent worker with proven management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate, energetic, detail oriented with hospitality focus
• Quick to learn, flexible and able to adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Willing to pivot swiftly and embrace new challenges with a learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, coach and inspire front of house team to maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to coordinate kitchen and service teams
• Manage staff scheduling, shift coverage and payroll to meet labor targets
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations per local/state codes
• Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve issues and encourage return visits
• Analyze sales, labor, and customer satisfaction data to improve efficiency and profitability
