Qualifications

• Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, and/or childcare provider required.
• Two or more years management experience preferred.
• Two or more years as a swimming instructor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations according to standards.
• Assist General Manager with daily tasks.
• Manage staff to ensure high productivity.
• Train aquatics department for swim instruction.
• Provide sales and marketing training.
• Direct retail and vending departments.
• Train private party staff.
