Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School in Richardson, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales growth while ensuring safe, world-class swim lessons. You will oversee front desk and aquatics teams, support scheduling, coach staff, and maintain facility and brand standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service for every family.

Flexible availability and management experience are required; CPR certification and a HS diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and people leadership skills.
• Ability to build teams, solve problems, and create positive experiences.
• Flexible availability including afternoons/evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support School Operations – assist in overseeing daily operations, facility and brand standards.
• Lead Front Desk & Aquatics Teams – provide leadership and support for frontline staff and aquatic leadership.
• Drive Customer Experience & Sales – educate families on Learn to Swim, support enrollment conversations, deliver positive experiences.
