Andy’s Frozen Custard in Independence, MO, seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily operations of the store. You’ll model our standards, ensure compliance, and coach the team to achieve results in Custard, Crew, and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders, adjust pars, and inventory monthly.

• Assist with food ordering and deliveries.
• Lead store operations and drive KPIs with General Manager.
• Schedule, hire, and train crew; monitor staffing and labor model.
