Andy’s Frozen Custard in Streamwood, IL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily store operations and upholding the company standards, values, and mission. You will coach talent to achieve results in Custard, Crew, and Customers, ensuring compliance with standards across service, product prep, and safety.

To be considered, candidates must be at least 18 and have at least 1 year of management experience; quick service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all orders including adjusting pars during season changes and participating in monthly inventory.
• Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by using a “customer comes first” attitude.
• Assist with food ordering and deliveries.
• Lead the store and support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
