Responsibilities

• Direct daily store operations and drive performance across Custard, Crew, and Customers.
• Train, coach, and develop store staff to achieve key results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Manage inventory, orders, and vendor relations; maintain store standards.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and labor optimization for peak periods.
