Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in directing daily store operations, with emphasis on customer service, food safety, and financial accountability. You will train and coach the crew, manage pars and inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards across all areas of the store.

You must be at least 18 and have 1 year of management experience; quick service preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality.
• Lead and coach team members, assign duties, and manage staffing during shifts.
• Maintain health and safety standards and uphold company policies.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and deliveries to support store performance.
• Collaborate with GM to achieve KPIs and drive store profitability.
