Pacific Bells, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Clovis Taco Bell unit. The AGM provides operational coverage during hours, supervises staff, ensures cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift operations, hiring and developing team members, conducting food safety audits, managing inventory, scheduling, and maintaining cash controls and payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with schedule creation and deploying the team correctly.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to achieve goals.
