Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and punctual.
• Ability to coach and train staff.
• Maintain financial controls and cash procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks according to standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including front and back of house.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and compliance with laws.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees during onboarding.
• Assist with safety concerns and report serious issues to manager/HR.
