Jiffy Lube International in Vista, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The AGM will work closely with the GM, coach teams, manage inventory, and guide employees through training programs to elevate performance.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with full-time benefits, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and an understanding of the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving core metrics.
• Lead and mentor team members; conduct regular huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the service center per guidelines.
• Provide guidance to technicians and front-end staff.
• Open and close store with GM when needed.
• Maintain inventory and product orders to meet business needs.
• Participate in guest issue resolution and guest experience improvements.
