Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate diverse teams and deliver guest-focused service

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales mix
• Coach and develop teammates through training and ongoing guidance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and expense controls
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards
• Lead opening/closing duties and inventory management
• Collaborate with the District Manager on initiatives and execution
