Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Gig Harbor service center. You will drive revenue growth, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while managing inventory and daily operations.

You will work closely with the General Manager, lead team huddles, and help with budgeting and forecasting to meet business objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Strong business sense with understanding of retail industry.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through training and guidance.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes; address guest issues.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance.
