Job summary

Team Car Care West, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager to join our Costa Mesa service center. You will help drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences daily.

You will partner with the GM to lead teams, manage operations, and guide everyday improvements in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of retail management, superb communication, and a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Inspires and motivates diverse groups of people.
• Strong business sense with retail industry understanding.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GM to drive revenue growth and guest count.
• Coach and develop teammates through training programs.
• Hold daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issues.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and professionalism per standards.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when GM is absent.
• Collaborate with District Manager on initiatives.
