Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction in our Gainesville service center. You will work with the GM, coach teams, and manage daily operations to ensure a top-tier guest experience.

You will lead team huddles, oversee inventory and cash handling, and support budgeting, forecasting, and safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader with the ability to inspire diverse groups.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Directly coach and execute excellent customer service to deliver great guest experiences.
• Set direction, lead daily team huddles and store meetings to hit goals.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs and ensure safety standards.
