Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Orange Park, FL service center. You will work closely with the GM to drive revenue, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience through strong leadership and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities include leading daily meetings, guiding training, managing inventory and cash processes, and partnering with the DM on key initiatives to boost performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by increasing guest count and improving sales metrics.
• Coach and guide team through internal training programs and ongoing coaching.
