Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our Eden Prairie service center. You will co-lead with the General Manager to drive revenue, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

The AGM will oversee budgeting, training, inventory, and daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and high-performance standards while fostering team engagement and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service results.
• Positive, proactive leadership with guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth with GM through guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and guide team, focusing on training and development.
• Lead daily huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable service center per standards.
• Mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
