106 Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Roseville, MN. This full-time role partners with the GM to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and operations excellence in a dynamic auto service center.

You will coach teammates, manage inventory and budgets, ensure safety and quality standards, and lead daily team huddles while developing staff through internal training programs.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Solid business sense and retail industry understanding.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to improve sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Work with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest count.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and guest experiences.
• Lead by example and foster team engagement and efficiency.
• Develop teammates through training and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and district initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Provide clear direction and maintain a clean, safe service center.
• Mentor technicians and CSAs and lead daily huddles.
