CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Madison, WI to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and uphold standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will partner with the General Manager to train employees, manage schedules, forecast labor, and improve guest satisfaction.

The AGM ensures financial discipline, supports inventory control, and helps drive profitability while maintaining CAVA’s culture of generosity, curiosity and teamwork.
