PARLOUR Richmond is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations, coach staff, and uphold PARLOUR standards across service, quality, and safety.

This role focuses on team development, guest experience, financial reporting, and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.

A bachelor's or associate degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, along with 3+ years of restaurant management and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field.
• Serve Safe certification.
• Experience in restaurant management and staff leadership.
• Strong organizational and reporting abilities.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and local brand promotion.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day restaurant operations, aligning with PARLOUR standards.
• Coordinate Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Contribute to delivering superior guest experiences and prompt handling of feedback.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of teams.
• Assist in financial management, reporting, and cost control.
• Ensure product quality, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Organize shifts and supervise staff performance.

Education
