Hardee's is seeking an Hourly Assistant General Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, and drive sales while upholding standards. You will support the Senior/General Manager in achieving profitable, compliant operations and a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and high‑quality food products for guests.
• Step into leadership when the Senior/General Manager is unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
• Train, mentor, and develop crew members under the Senior/General Manager
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to support staff development
• Create and manage staff schedules to cover all business hours
• Monitor labor usage to meet cost targets while keeping operations efficient
• Foster a cooperative, respectful workplace culture and maintain strong communication
• Lead meetings to communicate procedures, promotions, safety, and training updates
• Monitor inventory and control product usage to meet food cost variance standards
• Maintain facilities and equipment with proper maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Assist with cash handling and adhere to cash control policies
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, sanitation, safety, and regulations
