Job summary

Hardee's is seeking an Hourly Assistant General Manager to support restaurant operations, develop team members, and drive guest satisfaction. You will assist the Senior/General Manager in achieving high standards, managing labor and inventory, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

You will coach staff, lead meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines, contributing to overall restaurant success and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations and guest service.
