Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills for performance appraisals and coaching.
• Experience with P&L, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Ability to recruit and hire team members.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence and drive profitability.
• Model MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction and prioritize needs.
• Oversee team adherence to Shift Excellence, food safety, andCore standards.
• Collaborate with GM on performance feedback and issue resolution.
• Participate in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of team members to foster equity and belonging.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, security, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and act to optimize performance.
