Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise to support the Restaurant General Manager in running shifts and maintaining Taco Bell standards.

Responsibilities include team leadership, inventory control, and ensuring safe, quality food while fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and customers. The role features a competitive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
