Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
• Lead by example, training, coaching, and recognizing your team to deliver customer experiences.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence responsibilities and uphold high food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance assessments and feedback.
• Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management, including cash control and inventory maintenance.
