Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members. You will own and resolve problems, mentor staff, and maintain a safe, friendly work environment.

Key duties include directing Team Members and Shift Managers, managing inventory, and ensuring financial accountability while delivering safe, quality food.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong business math and analytical/decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Taco Bell standards.
• Direct and guide Team Members and Shift Managers to complete duties.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
