Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager in New York, NY who will support the Restaurant General Manager, uphold brand standards, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead daily operations in the GM's absence, drive performance, and help recruit and train Team Members while maintaining food safety and equity in the workplace. Expect a 50-hour week with overtime pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Experience with P&L, cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Strong communication and talent recruitment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Oversee restaurant operations in GM's absence and ensure brand standards.
• Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Manage Profit & Loss, cash control, security procedures, inventory, and labor.
